Terms of Service - LeapLayer

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of services provided by LeapLayer ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order, subscribing to, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are
LeapLayer is a UK-based web design and automation agency providing website, booking, and communication tools ("the Service") to local service businesses. Contact us at [email] / [phone].

2. The Service
Your subscription includes a custom website, online booking system + options to potentially use automated SMS reminders, and missed-call text-back functionality if you so choose. Specific features included in your plan will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

3. Subscription and billing

This is a recurring monthly subscription. By completing checkout, you authorise LeapLayer to charge your payment method automatically on the same date each month, based on your initial purchase date, at the price shown at checkout.

Your subscription will continue until cancelled by you or terminated by us in accordance with these Terms.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend the Service until payment is successfully collected.

We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any change to your subscription price before it takes effect.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at aryanleap.layer or via SMS/WhatsApp +44 7572 38559.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Service until that date, and no further payments will be taken afterward.

We do not offer refunds for the current or previous billing periods unless otherwise stated below or required by law.

5. Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, for a full refund. By requesting that we begin work on your Service immediately within this 14-day period, you acknowledge and agree that:

You may lose the right to a full refund once work has genuinely begun, in proportion to the work completed; and

If you cancel after work has started but within the 14-day period, we may charge a reasonable amount reflecting the work completed up to that point.

6. Setup and delivery
Any one-off setup fees (if applicable) are separate from your monthly subscription and are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as set out in Section 5.

7. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information needed to deliver the Service, respond reasonably to requests for content or approval, and use the Service lawfully. You're responsible for the accuracy of any business information (pricing, services, contact details) displayed on your website.

8. Intellectual property
Templates, code, designs, and systems built by LeapLayer remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain ownership of your own business content (logos, photos, copy) provided to us. Upon cancellation, [state your policy — e.g. "your website and associated automations will be deactivated" or "you may request an export of your content within 30 days of cancellation"].

9. Limitation of liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeapLayer's liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, profits, or bookings.

10. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update these Terms or make reasonable changes to the Service from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes where required. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
